Sales Professional, Enterprise or Premium?

All three are full-user licenses for Sales. They differ in price, attach options and included Copilot Credits.

Professional and Enterprise can attach at $20 to a qualifying base. Premium is sold only as a base license.

Features change with Microsoft releases. Compare current product features before choosing an edition.

Professional and Enterprise require separate environments when mixed. Each user must access only the environment covered by the assigned license.

Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Sales Premium includes 1,000 Copilot Credits per license per month, pooled at tenant level. The product page lists included credits for Premium.

Confirm the workload and environment eligibility of those credits. The calculator deducts only the eligible allocation you confirm, not the unrestricted tenant total.

Extra usage is separate from the license subtotal. The calculator shows pay-as-you-go and annual-commitment credit packs.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights pricing

Customer Insights costs $1,700 per tenant per month. It combines Journeys and Data.

The Customer Insights Attach license costs $1,000 per tenant per month. It requires at least 10 seats of one qualifying app.

Do not add Customer Insights as a named-user attach license in this calculator. Confirm the qualifying product and tenant capacity separately.

Microsoft Relationship Sales pricing

Microsoft currently publishes variable pricing, with a minimum of 10 licenses. Contact Microsoft for the applicable tier and quote.
