Short answer
Power Apps Premium costs $20 per user per month, or $12 with at least 2,000 licenses. Power Automate Premium costs $15 per user per month, while Process costs $150 per bot per month. MS Dynamics Guys compares these US monthly-equivalent list prices, paid yearly, while keeping user, bot, website and capacity units separate.

Power Automate plan boundaries
Premium includes attended robotic process automation. Process covers unattended desktop automation or eligible organizational cloud-flow scenarios.
Each Process license supports one unattended desktop flow at a time. Hosted Process includes Microsoft-hosted machine capacity.
Process Mining is an add-on for Power Automate Premium, not a standalone replacement. Confirm that prerequisite separately from the add-on quantity.
The per-flow plan is legacy and was replaced by Process. Microsoft advises replacing existing per-flow licenses rather than renewing them.

Power Apps per app availability
Microsoft removed the per-app SKU from the public price list on January 2, 2026. The Cloud Solution Provider channel has separate availability.
Microsoft announced its return to the CSP price list in April 2026 after a temporary operational issue. Confirm your purchase channel and agreement.
Pay-as-you-go is billed through Azure and uses an active-user-per-app unit. It is not the same unit as a Premium named-user license.

Copilot Studio agents use Copilot Credits. Pay-as-you-go costs $0.01 per credit.
A pack costs $200 per month for 25,000 credits, billed annually. Unused monthly pack credits do not roll over.
