Customer Service Professional, Enterprise or Premium?

Professional and Enterprise can attach at $20 to a qualifying base. Premium is sold only as a base license.

Premium includes Customer Service Enterprise and Contact Center, plus 1,000 Copilot Credits per license per month.

Mixed Professional and Enterprise deployments require separate environments and correctly licensed access.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center pricing

Contact Center costs $110 per user per month for digital and voice. Digital or Voice alone costs $95.

Voice calls run on Azure Communication Services, which has separate usage charges. The calculator does not estimate those charges.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service pricing

Field Service costs $105 per user per month. Field Service Contractor costs $50 for eligible external contractors.

Contractor licenses have prerequisites. Confirm the qualifying Field Service user or device license and Microsoft Entra ID requirements.
